At one of the fastest circuits near Siena Ampugnano Airport on Sunday, Feb. 28 the Tuscany Camp Half Marathon in Sovicille, Eritrean Eyob Faniel, living in Italy was able to complete the race in 1 hour & 07 seconds, improving the previous record by 13 seconds. The previous record was held Rachid Berradi (1h00: 20 at the Stramilano in 2002). Eyob took 3rd place. He also runs the marathon.
